LEGO Ideas Dinosaur Fossils (21320) Set Coming Soon

LEGO Ideas Dinosaur Fossils (21320)

LEGO gave a bit of a teaser on its social media channels earlier today announcing the imminent arrival of our next LEGO Ideas set. The LEGO Ideas Dinosaur Fossils (21320) set is posed to be revealed any time soon, with an expected arrival this November.

If you recall, this original creation submitted by Jonathan Brunn (aka Mukkin from the LEGO Ideas platform) topped the rest of the five proposed projects during the LEGO Ideas Third 2018 Review Stage. Jonathan’s original design consisted of a collection of brick dino fossils of a triceratops, stegosaurus, dilophosaurus, brachiosaurus, and a plesiosaurus. However, as any LEGO ideas set, the LEGO Ideas design team may eventually introduce some modifications which the teaser may have already suggested. It is also noticeable that the teaser featured the fossil remains of a T-rex which is not included in the original design. The color scheme seems to be prominently white in contrast to Jonathan’s original tan color design.

Whatever is the case, let’s hope that the LEGO Ideas design team has significantly improved on the set’s features or at the very least, will make the set more realistic since this kind of LEGO Ideas set is intended to be more like an excellent display piece similar to the LEGO Ideas Ship in a Bottle (21313) and the NASA Apollo Saturn V (21309) sets.

Information such as the piece count or retail price of the LEGO Ideas Dinosaur Fossils (21320) is still scant, but I’m quite positive that all these details will be revealed anytime soon. We’ll keep you posted once new info is picked up by our radars so stay tuned.
