The LEGO Ninjago Movie Collectible Minifigures Sealed Box (71019) Now Listed for Pre-Order at Amazon France and Germany.

It seems that LEGO Ninjago fans in Germany and France will have an early start in  collecting not just all of the 20 minifigures slated under The LEGO Ninjago Movie Collectible Minifigures (71019) line, but also if they wish to share these collectibles to some friends as well. Set to be released on August 1, LEGO fans in Germany and France, may now pre-order the entire box of the said CMF series containing 60 blind bag items via retail giant Amazon.

Each box of The LEGO Ninjago Movie CMF contains exactly 3 sets of all 20 minifigures which is a good call from LEGO’s end and a delight for many fans. The minifigure box will be retailing for €219.99 and €213.52 via Amazon Germany and Amazon France respectively.

Hopefully, LEGO fans in the North America will also receive the same offer from Amazon. We’ll keep a close eye on this for the next few weeks, especially before the series’ launch on August 1. The LEGO Ninjago Movie is slated to hit theaters on September 22, with the first wave of LEGO sets scheduled to be available on August 1 as well.

Thanks to Hoth Bricks for the heads up.

A Look at the LEGO Ninjago Movie Collectible Minifigures Checklist and Instructions.

We already saw its box art and packaging, and this time, we have our first look at the LEGO Ninjago Movie Collectible Minifigure checklist courtesy of LEGO Quick Review.  Sightings and reports of this CMF’s availability has been making rounds on the Internet, and now we get to see its official checklist. There’s a total of 20 minifigures to collect, and the ones that I’ve set my sight on are the Jay Walker (#6) and Flashback Garmadon (#15) minifigs.

The checklist also provides some pretty exciting details on how to assemble the more complex minifigures. I find it interesting how the oriental skirt wraps around Master Wu’s minifig – quite ingenious actually.

If you’re eyeing to collect all 20, you’ll be happy to know that there are exactly 3 sets of 20 minifigs per box. You have the usual option of feeling your way through each blind bag, or just grab the entire box (if you have the cash to burn) and share the rest of it with your ninja friends. The LEGO Ninja Go Movie Collectible Minifigures will be available to the general public starting in August of this year, while the film itself is slated to hit theaters on September 22.

A Look at The LEGO Ninjago Movie Collectible Minifigures Box Art and Packaging.

We had our first complete look at the LEGO Ninjago Movie Collectible Minifigures  last month. With a total of 20 minifigures under its belt, this latest collectible minifigure series based on LEGO’s next huge film is already proving to be attractive to most Ninjago fans and AFOLs. This time, thanks to Promobricks, we now have an idea how the official box art and blind bag will look like.

The box itself contains 60 blind bags, and is said to contain 3 sets of all 20 minifigures. It’s nice that LEGO opted to have this CMF series evenly distributed in such way. Any avid collector has thrice the opportunity to collect all 20 minifigs. If you wish to have a greater chance to pick-up that LNM minifig that you want (I would personally go for the Jay Walker minifigure with that new, scarf element and smartphone accessory), The Brick Fan came up with a helpful, feel guide that you may want to check.

The LEGO Ninjago Movie Collectible Minifigures will be available for sale both online and in-store starting August 1.

We Finally Get To Meet All of the LEGO Ninjago Movie Collectible Minifigures!

We saw the first half of the LEGO Ninjago Movie CMF yesterday, and today the reveal has finally come full circle when LEGO unveiled the rest of its collectible minifigures line for its next big, brick-built film. Revealed via social media, the second half of the LEGO Ninjago Movie CMF also highlights the rest of the film’s characters, plus some of the villains under Garmadon’s command. Speaking of Garmadon, it’s interesting to see that LEGO has thrown in three variants of the film’s main antagonist in one CMF series, and having his ‘battle version’ included in the series is a great way to have him without breaking the bank. Pair him up with Lloyd and you instantly have a winning combo collection of both father and son. Other than the pajama donned, Volcano Garmadon, we also get to see another version of Garmadon as teased by LEGO last Father’s Day. I’m curious to see how the Flashback Garmadon fits into the overall plot of the film. Will it appear in the film, and if so, could it mean somehow that Garmadon wasn’t all that ‘evil’ in the past? After all, being ‘Ninjago’s #1 Dad’ would still mean something.

Here’s the final instalment of the LEGO Ninjago Movie Collectible Minifigure Series. I’ve also included a nifty thumbnail below where you can find all the minifigs in this series in one go. Which one is your favorite? Let us know in the comments below, and don’t forget to drop us a note at our official Facebook page.

First Half of the LEGO Ninjago Movie Collectible Minifigures Makes Their Debut!

The reveals are now in full swing with LEGO’s latest brick-built film, the LEGO Ninjago Movie. Following the official announcement of its retailer exclusives now comes the exciting line of the film’s collectible minifigures. Announced via LEGO’s Facebook page earlier today, the first half (10 out of 20) of the LEGO Ninjago Movie CMF includes some of the film’s lead characters, and common folks of Ninjago City. It also offers a few, never before seen elements such as the sushi roll and oriental bowls. I personally dig the Jay Walker minifig with its smartphone and scarf accessory, and will look great on the Hiker (71013) minifigure from Series 16. The second half of the film’s CMF line will be revealed tomorrow, so stay tuned!

LEGO Europe Store Calendar Reveals The Iconic Cave (5004936) Set.

Promo Bricks has recently spotted the LEGO Europe Summer Store Calendar, and with it comes a promotional find that most minifig collectors will find interesting. For a minimum purchase of £25 or 30€ from August 10 to August 30 both in-store and online, you can get to bring home the Iconic Cave (5004936) set for free. The promotional set contains two cave people minifigures very similar to LEGO’s Caveman and Cave Woman CMF from Series 1 and 5 respectively.

The Iconic Cave set follows the tradition of other similar re-bundled CMF promotionals like the Gingerbread Man and Chicken Suit Guy. We’re not sure yet if the Iconic Cave will find its way in the US and other countries, considering that we already know what’s in store for the month of July such as a pretty cool  LEGO BrickHeadz Wonder Woman Build Event, free Mini Piggy Bank (40251) promotional, and the rumored LEGO Creator Expert Double Decker Bus (10258).

LEGO Dimensions Wave 9 Gameplay Highlighted at Day 1 of E3.

In continuing with today’s presentation, WB Games has just revealed how the newest characters from LEGO Dimensions Wave 9 will play out from LD’s portal. Officially revealed a couple of weeks back, these Wave 9 characters include Teen Titans GO, Powerpuff Girls, and Beetlejuice. During the presentation, TT Games’ Head of Design Arthur Parsons was joined by Game Director Jimmy McLoughlin, and Gail Simone, DC Comics Writer in talking about what is new about the level of gameplay with these new characters.

For Teen Titans GO! for example, the interesting part is you can get to play with the TTG versions of Robin and Cyborg just by placing the toytags of Wave 1’s Cyborg Fun Pack (71210) and Wave 8’s Robin as seen in The LEGO Batman Movie: Play the Complete Movie Story Pack (71264).

It was also later on revealed that playing the Teen Titans GO! Team Pack (71255) will allow access to an exclusive in-game episode that shows the Teen Titans having a blast in a LEGO building contest. Apparently, Raven does not like how the odds are going against her, so she decided to open a portal in a LEGO world inside Cyborg’s maze to get the upper hand, and as you may guess, things get crazier from there.

LEGO Dimensions Wave 9 will be out starting September 12 of this year. In case you missed it, here’s WB Games’ complete Day 1 presentation at this year’s Electronic Entertainment Expo 2017, followed by the LEGO Dimensions Teen Titans GO! official trailer. Stay tuned again tomorrow for more reveals at Day 2 of E3 2017.

DK Officially Reveals Its LEGO John Stewart Green Lantern Minifigure Exclusive.

Last April, we reported on a DC Comics Super Heroes minifigure exclusive that will be offered together with Dorling Kindersley’s Build Your Own Adventure Book Series. This time, we have a closer look at this exclusive thanks to Amazon UK. DK’s latest LEGO book offering comes with the very first, LEGO John Stewart Green Lantern minifigure. It is expected that this rare minifigure will be eyed upon by most collectors since this is the only second iteration of the Green Lantern, the first being Hal Jordan as seen in the LEGO DC Comics Super Heroes Green Lantern vs. Sinestro (76025) set.

Check out these clearer images of the LEGO John Stewart Green Lantern minifigure, together with some preview pages from the book.

This DK exclusive Green Lantern minifigure sports a different torso as compared to Hal Jordan’s version on 76025. Furthermore, unlike the latter, the exclusive minifig features a pair of glowing, green eyes and a slightly varied black and green leg print. It also comes with instructions in building Stewart’s spaceship, a sledge hammer construct, laser jammer, bank vault, and Flash’s Buggy. Here’s a preview of what you can find inside DK’s latest offering.

If you don’t want to miss out on the chance of having this minifigure, be sure to take advantage of placing a pre-order to guarantee your copy before the book is released to the general public on August 1, 2017. It will retail at USD$16.50.

LEGO Collectible Minifigure Series 17 Box Distribution and Checklist.

It seems that LEGO’s latest CMF series gained some traction when the official character names and images of Series 17 were released yesterday. This time around, Brickset managed to have their copy of this latest CMF series ahead of its May 1 release. They were kind enough to share how the minifigs are distributed in the box, together with the series’ corresponding checklist. Take a look.

5 in the box:

  • {Mystery figure}
  • Corn Cob Guy
  • Circus Strong Man

4 in the box:

  • Roman Gladiator
  • Connoisseur
  • Retro Spaceman
  • Yuppie
  • Hot Dog Man
  • Battle Dwarf

3 in the box:

  • Professional Surfer
  • Gourmet Chef
  • Veterinarian
  • Butterfly Girl
  • Rocket Boy
  • Dance Instructor
  • Elf Girl

Though Huw of Brickset made it clear that he is still not permitted to show the details of Series 17’s Mystery Figure which is rumored to be the French Highway Man, it is interesting to note that he confirmed that there are 5 of this mysterious character in the box. This suggests that the distribution of this Mystery Figure is far different from how Mr. Gold was given out in LEGO CMF Series 10 (71001). The secrecy behind this rumored French Highway Man only leads to further questions on the real story behind this mysterious minifig character. For sure LEGO has good reasons for keeping this a secret until now, and they’re doing a pretty good job of doing so.

So what do you think brick fans? What is the real deal behind this mystery figure? What does LEGO have under its sleeve, ready to surprise us? Share your comments below or visit our Facebook page to join the discussions.
