It was just barely a week ago when LEGO finally revealed its much awaited LEGO Disney Collectible Minifigures  (71012), Together with some pretty up-close high res images, and the promise that it will hit stores on May 1. However, some bricks fans may have enjoyed an early treat by getting their hands on what could be the most wanted CMFs in the minifig scene today.

A few days ago, Minifig Price Guide reported that the LEGO Disney CMF was spotted for an early public release over at Legoland Billund in Denmark. Citing the Legends Brick Group via their Facebook page, it seems that the legit photos are a far cry from an April Fool’s day joke since it was posted last April 1. Photo credit goes to Facebook user Wai Tam for letting us know of his awesome find.

On a similar note, Spanish site Hispabrick Magazine also gave a preview of how the actual Disney CMF looks like. Though they did not go at length to discuss how they acquired the minifigures, the photos that they posted seems to be legitimate. Here are some of the pics that we got from them:

It is kind of surprising for LEGO to release the Disney CMF series a month earlier than the announced schedule on May 1. If they are capable of releasing the series early on, then fans all over the world will be definitely happier if LEGO have opted for a simultaneous global release instead, as pointed out by Groove Bricks.

For now, we just have to wait until May 1. But if you are absolutely raring to have these Disney CMFs, it will not take long until we see these collectibles listed on eBay.
