SDCC’s website has now been updated to include its programming schedule, and similar to previous conventions, LEGO will make its presence known once again during this year’s San Diego Comic-Con especially on July 24, Sunday. Frankly speaking, LEGO-related panels for this year’s SDCC are quite modest considering that they only have three particular events lined up for the event. Nevertheless, LEGO fans of all ages will find these panels pretty interesting with all the exclusive reveals that LEGO has in store.
First off is a LEGO Dimensions panel where participants will be treated with a first-hand look on new and exciting content following the E3 reveal of new characters and licenses on what is known as LEGO Dimensions Series 2. The best part is that all attendees of this panel will be receiving the limited-edition Green Arrow minifigure, similar to what LEGO has given away during last month’s E3 Expo.
LEGO Ninjago is up next where the people behind its Cartoon Network TV series will give attendees a sneak peek on what’s in store on our teenage masters of Spinjitzu. They will also offer a first-hand look on what’s next on LEGO’s line-up of toys under the Ninjago banner. Are we going to see an all-new LEGO Ninjago set anytime soon? Or how about some new details on the big screen debut of The LEGO Ninjago movie, considering that it’s slated to hit theaters by September 22 next year? Attendees will surely have a front row seat on what’s next on LEGO Ninjago.
Finally, LEGO’s latest franchise, LEGO Nexo Knights, will also take center stage during an hour long panel where attendees will have an inside look on how the characters of Aaron, Lance, Macy, and the rest of the team are developed. Plus, voice actor Vincent Tong will also join the panel to share with the audience how the villainous Jestro is brought to life on the screen. All in all, it’s a great weekend for all LEGO fans attending the San Diego Comic-Con.
Here are the complete details of these LEGO panels for your reference, as mentioned in SDCC’s July 24 schedule.
