The LEGO Movie 2 Collectible Minifigure Series (71023) Revealed!

This news has been floating around the internet for a couple of days already, but I feel like it has not caught up wind with the majority of the LEGO fan community. We’re literally counting the days before the year ends, and this means that several LEGO store outlets have already received their share of LEGO catalogs for the first half of 2019. Thankfully, we have one LEGO fan that managed to take hold of a copy of the 2019 LEGO catalog in Polish, and has taken time to upload a video of its contents. And to our delight, other than the January 2019 LEGO sets that we can expect to be available this December and January 1^st, we now get to see as well the much-anticipated LEGO Movie 2 Collectible Minifigure Series (71023). Based on a rough Google translation, the LEGO Movie 2 Collectible Minifigure Series (71023) is expected to arrive in LEGO Stores in May, 2019. This CMF series also comes with its series of costumed minifigs which will be a sure hit to LEGO fans: Giraffe Guy, Watermelon Guy, and Crayon Girl. It also prominently features the classic characters from the WIzard of Oz such as Dorothy Gale, Cowardly Lion, Scarecrow, and the Tin Man. We don’t have an official list of character names for this new CMF series, but Minifigure Price Guide came up with a tentative list of names that we can use for reference. I modified some of them to better fit their description.
