Last December, it was announced that the digital LEGO brick-building gaming experience in LEGO Worlds will be available next month via Playstation 4, Xbox One, and STEAM. This time around, the top gun of TT Games (a.k.a. Head of Games), Anthony Parsons, has announced that the online, and highly immersive game of LEGO Worlds will be available also on the Nintendo Switch. Here’s a post from Parson’s official Twitter account, setting in stone (most likely) the arrival of LEGO Worlds on Nintendo’s much anticipated console, together with LEGO City Undercover.
Though LEGO has not yet released any official statement or press release, it’s probably safe to assume that one of LEGO’s longstanding digital gaming partners is in the know. Whatever is the case, this offering will surely be welcomed by the brick-loving and gaming communities, with its the fun and fantastic environments that are waiting to be explored in Nintendo’s most celebrated console to date.
LEGO Worlds will roll out starting February 21 via PS4, Xbox One, and STEAM retailing at $24.99. Nintendo’s latest console, Switch, will launch worldwide on March 3, 2017 priced at $299.99.
