LEGO has released a series of videos on their YouTube channel that offers a sneak peek of the upcoming LEGO Dreamzzz theme. These LEGO Dreamzzz teaser videos are creating quite a buzz among the LEGO fan community who are eagerly waiting for the launch of the new sets.

If you recall, the idea of having this new LEGO theme surfaced back in July last year when LEGO registered the LEGO Dreamzzz brand under the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). Then last February, we had an idea of the possible characters that will be included in this upcoming theme. Now that the cat is out of the bag, LEGO opted to release a series of LEGO Dreamzzz teaser videos alongside our LEGO Ninjago heroes.

Let’s take a closer look at the different dreams that are teased in this series of videos.

LEGO Dreamzzz Teaser: Kai’s Larger-Than-Life Characters

In Kai’s dream, we get a glimpse of some exciting larger-than-life characters. The bunny, crocodile car, and robot are some of the characters that we see in the teaser. If the rumors turn out to be true, then the robot that is seen in Kai’s dream sequence is the AI robot teacher named Z-Blob. Joining the AI-powered mechatron are Mateo and Izzie.

These fascinating characters could potentially become the next sets in the LEGO Dreamzzz theme. My bet is on that Blue Bunny and Crocodile Car. The possibilities are endless, and we’re just thrilled to see what new and exciting sets will be unveiled soon.

LEGO Dreamzzz Teaser: Nya’s Dream of Mushroom Men and Colorful Deer

What is interesting is that there are also elements in this dedicated page that may perhaps give clues to what to expect from the LEGO Dreamzzz theme. As Jay’s Brick Blog pointed out, the page contains a blurred image referred to as “Realm 1” looking at its source code. It also has another reference to Blue Bunny featured in one of the LEGO Dreamzzz teaser videos. It’s interesting to see how all of these clues are connected somehow, and we can only guess until the official reveal is made next month.

The new LEGO Dreamzzz teaser videos have sparked a lot of excitement among LEGO fans. From the Rumor Mill: New LEGO Dreamzzz Sets Arriving This Summer 2023

It looks like LEGO is now gearing up to introduce a new theme anytime soon. Because the public records from The German Patent and Trademark Office have revealed that LEGO has filed a trademark application for its upcoming LEGO Dreamzzz sets.

Though this news has been floating around for quite some time since we first reported this back in July last year, it is only now that we get additional information on this new LEGO theme via a government website.

According to additional reports courtesy of Promobricks, the new LEGO Dreamzzz theme will focus on the adventure of the protagonists Mateo and Izzie in and out of the Dream World. With the help of their teacher and AI robot Z-Blob, they travel through dreamy landscapes using magical dream portals using purple mushrooms. I really can’t put my finger on how the dream travel mechanics work in the theme’s storyline, especially on how they use the purple mushrooms. It kind of sounds psychedelically trippy to me, lol. But the fact that LEGO is focusing on dreams as the source of content for this upcoming theme opens plenty of opportunities for creative building expression and crazy cool sets.

Furthermore, Promobricks shares the names and details of the LEGO Dreamzzz’s first wave of sets. I have to admit that I am interested to see how these sets will turn out, considering their wacky and weird names. Just imagine what a “Turtle Balloon” or a “Bunchu Spider” looks like and let your imagination run wild. Check out the list below.
