This year the employee-exclusive LEGO set is the Offshore Wind Farm (4002015). This set was chosen because LEGO has invested in wind farms as part of their goal to reach 100% renewable energy dependent by 2020.
The Copenhagen Post has also reported that all LEGO employees will also be getting a full month’s salary as part of their employee bonus. Awesome! This extra bonus is to reward employees for helping them become the #1 toy company in the world.
