Just this September, The LEGO Group inaugurated one of their latest attractions right on their own doorstep. LEGO House, also known as the “Home of the Brick,” is a multipurpose interactive experience located in Billund, Denmark – home of the LEGO Headquarters.
Part-LEGO store, part-café, part-public art piece and part-educational attraction, the 12,000-square meter complex is a brand-new play venue for the whole family that is centered on the progressive learning competencies gained from playing with LEGO.
It’s the hottest new LEGO-themed getaway, and the company would like to help you get a one-night stay at the Home of the Brick.
LEGO has just announced that they will be offering this opportunity for their loyal customers by teaming up with Airbnb, one of the most trusted online hospitality services in the world. Starting November 1 to November 16, interested applicants with a registered Airbnb account can try to win a one night’s stay at the LEGO House in Billund, fit for a group or family of four.
They will be hosted at the Home of the Brick by real-life LEGO Master Builder Jamie Berard. To enter the contest at, you need to answer one question: If you and your family had an infinite supply of LEGO bricks, what would you build?
If your little composition (50-500 characters) catches LEGO’s fancy, you and your family/group of four (children must be at least age 4) will be flown in to Billund and received at LEGO House by Master Builder Jamie, their host for the evening, on November 24.
It will be a magical experience shared by your party as you literally build your wants and needs with LEGO blocks, and Jamie will even help turn your dream LEGO building vision into reality by the following morning. Try your luck by registering with Airbnb and submitting your entry at their contest page here.
