Earlier today, LEGO has unveiled its first-ever set dedicated to diversity and acceptance. The LEGO Everyone is Awesome (40516) set is an 18+ minifigure vignette display set that features 11 minifigs of varying colors inspired by the rainbow flag of the LGBTQIA+ community. Similar to what LEGO offered before that celebrates diversity and empowerment,
The set clocks in at 346 pieces, made up of various colorful pieces that symbolize the diversity of the LEGO fan community and even the LEGO Group itself. It includes 11 monochrome minifigures, each with its own unique headpiece. The set also stands at 10.24cm and 12.80cm wide making it a beautiful display piece that carries a powerful message of love and acceptance. Designed by Matthew Ashton, the LEGO Everyone is Awesome set is his way of celebrating diversity in the LEGO fanbase.
