LEGO is continuing its line of magical creatures and dragons from Elvendale with another wave of offerings from the LEGO Elves theme. This time around, a new nemesis has arrived with the mischievous Goblins and their infamous Goblin King taking on the spotlight. Same as with previous sets, the LEGO Elves theme intends to appeal to younger girls, however, with its brightly colored sets, it is not surprising if this theme will eventually with the hearts of AFOLs. Aira’s Airship and the Hunt for the Amulet (41184) is a perfect example of a set that can easily pass as a steampunked style aircraft and hot air balloon build, as pointed out by Hoth Bricks. The Goblin Village from set 41185 Magic Rescue from the Goblin Village has plenty of interesting pieces that builders may find handy. Plus its bright, color scheme makes it an attractive set to adorn any AFOL’s collection or desk.
