We’re less than a month away before the very first Star Wars anthology film hits the big screen with Rogue One – A Star Wars Story, and with the arrival of the first wave of LEGO Star Wars Rogue One sets which were released last October, it seems that TLG still has some few surprises hidden under its sleeves. Thanks to Eurobricks member Benderisgreat, we now have our first look at the second wave of LEGO Rogue sets that will debut anytime soon. Though they seem to be official box art photos, the image resolution is rather low. However, we can still figure out the minifigs that go along with them. Seeing Moroff (the Wampa-type guy that seems to be part of the Rebellion) getting the LEGO treatment in the Y-Wing Starfighter (75172) makes this set a part of my LEGO ‘must-have’ list. It’s nice to know that LEGO has expanded its Microfighter series to include the latest starships featured in Rogue One. Take a look:
U-Wing Microfighter (75160)
Tie Striker Microfighter (75161)
Y-Wing Microfighter (75162)
Krennic’s Imperial Shuttle Microfighter (75163)
Rebel Trooper Battle Pack (75164)
Battle on Scariff (75171)
Y-Wing Starfighter (75172)
We’ll update this page as clearer photos of these sets are available. For the mean time, share what you think about these sets in the comments below or go over at our Facebook community page and join in the conversation.
