LEGO BrickHeadz Official Images Released.

San Diego Comic Con 2016 witnessed the reveal of LEGO’s latest, blockiest collectibles – the LEGO BrickHeadz – with the promise of more sets to arrive in 2017. Initially, there were only four official sets (each a pair actually) that were announced back then. Thankfully, we learned that the February LEGO Store Calendar hinted at the possibility of more LEGO BrickHeadz sets to be offered to brick fans, with VIPs getting an early access from February 15 to 28, and the general public beginning March 1.

Today, we now have our first look at the official images of LEGO BrickHeadz’ first wave of brick-built collectible characters. As you may notice this first offering is based on major film franchises such as the upcoming LEGO Batman Movie, Marvel’s Cinematic Universe, and Disney’s Beauty and the Beast. Check these out.

We don’t have word yet with regards to its pricing, but judging from the printed pieces and other unique parts it may be a little higher than the average cost per piece. Furthermore, two of these sets are not yet officially revealed particularly Disney’s Belle (41595) and Beast (41596). The listing on Brickset also hints on the possibility of more BrickHeadz to come, with a gap for set numbers 41593 and 41594.

Personally, I find these little guys pretty interesting, looking more like brick-built Funko Pop! vinyl collectibles. Will you fancy yourself grabbing one of these sets? Share your thoughts in the comments below.
