Following the release of two additional sets in the LEGO Star Wars Helmet Collection, we now have another building set that takes its inspiration from the days of The Empire Strikes Back. The LEGO Star Wars Imperial Probe Droid (75306) is now available for pre-order and is slated to be released on April 26.
Though the Imperial Probe Droid was given a substantial amount of LEGO treatment throughout the years since 2007, this is the first time that it is getting an impressive brick-built sculpture. Standing in at 10.5 inches, the LEGO Star Wars Imperial Probe Droid (75306) comes in at 683 pieces retailing for $59.99. It also features an information plaque similar to previous 18+ sets and those from the LEGO Star Wars Ultimate Collection Series (UCS). The set is mounted on a clear display pole on top of a snowy scene reminiscent of the icy planet of Hoth.
