LEGO Houses of the World 3 (40594) Offers Another Architectural Collectible
With the latest addition to the highly-sought after LEGO Houses of the World gift-with-purchase series, the spotlight now shines on its third installment – LEGO Houses of the World 3. This collection continues the tradition of seamlessly weaving global architectural influences into captivating creations.
A Continuation of Global Showcase
Embark on a journey that spans continents and cultures, as LEGO Houses of the World 3 draws inspiration from diverse corners of the globe. If you recall, the first in this series featured the highlights of South American (set 40583) architectural design, while the second drew inspiration from North African design (set 40590).
Now, with the emergence of the third part, the spotlight turns to the distinctive charm of Alpine architecture. This dynamic progression promises a fascinating journey through diverse global housing styles, especially since a fourth set in this series is still expected.
The LEGO 12-in-1 Creative Box (40593) is expected to be available this week. So we can likely expect that the LEGO Houses of the World 3 will soon make its entrance as a free gift with LEGO purchases afterward.
The LEGO Houses of the World 3: What Can We Expect
Historically, it’s reasonable to expect a minimum purchase threshold of $250 to bag this freebie. This requirement follows the same marketing path as its two predecessor sets. While the series has predominantly catered to VIP account holders, it’s worth noting that anyone can quickly and freely create a VIP account with LEGO so you can have access to these exclusive collectibles.

Similar to its predecessors, the box packaging gives us a glimpse into the intricately designed interiors of the miniature dwelling. The level of detail achieved, despite the compact scale, is truly remarkable. I love that added wall painting of the Swiss Alps is included in the interior. You can better appreciate what this set has to offer when you take a look at the set’s lifestyle photographs.
Upon a closer look, you’ll discover delightful details that bring the window shutters, balconies, and the breathtaking mountain view inside the living room to vivid life. These intricate stickers, a consistent theme from previous sets, showcase the care that went into every corner. Meanwhile, the clock, table, and woodpile by the doorstep feature finely crafted printed components.
And if you’re a fan of LEGO CMF, you might notice that Speedy Gonzales may have a run in this place. A unique cheese slope from the LEGO Looney Tunes Collectible Minifigure Series (71030) is cleverly added inside the LEGO Houses of the World 3 as a fun reference as well. There are some fun details included as well such as a weight bench conveniently positioned near the bed. There’s also a fireplace complete with a gently suspended flame. All brought together, these little details add a dash of authenticity to this charming and captivating set.
