Another LEGO Batman Movie Polybag – The Joker Battle Training 30523 – Spotted!

It seems that we will not get just one, but two polybags under the LEGO Batman Movie theme. In our previous post (which LEGO asked us to take down), we know that the Caped Crusader will have his very own polybag in Batman in the Phantom Zone (30522) and this time around, his arch-nemesis will also be receiving the same LEGO treatment. Thanks to Flickr user ParkerLegoMaster, we now have a sneak peek at this exclusive polybag featuring none other than the Joker himself in The Joker Battle Training (30523).

I love the way LEGO exaggerates certain aspects of their film characters, and Joker here is not an exception. Joker’s 6-barrel gun is ridiculously large for his size, in fact, I’m not quite sure if the minifig will hold up. However, it does the job of highlighting one aspect of Joker’s personality: he really wants to get the attention of Batman any way he can. As a bonus, the set also seems to include Batman’s cowl supposedly as a part of Joker’s target practice dummy, including a bat-shaped element. My thoughts: LEGO really did a good job on this polybag set, and together with the Batman in the Phantom Zone (30522), these are great ways to have their minifigures if you are aiming to collect them.

We do not have any information yet with regards to where ParkerLegoMaster got this photo, and if ever LEGO will ask us again to remove this, we will certainly comply.
