More 2018 Nuremberg Toy Fair News: New LEGO Architecture Sets Announced.

As you already know, the 2018 Toy Fair in Nuremberg, Germany goes on from the end of January to the first week of February. Already some major reveals have gone out from there, including the first three tie-in LEGO and Duplo sets for Universal Pictures’ Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom.

And then, there are some bits of news that have been so restricted by LEGO’s efforts at photography restriction, that info on them has to be literally jotted down. German LEGO news source Zusammengebaut cleverly did that to tell the world of some of the new upcoming LEGO Architecture sets for this year.

According to his hastily handwritten note (apparently LEGO overlooked this prohibition for the Toy Fair), two LEGO Architecture sets are going to be released later on in 2018, at the heels of the already-announced Las Vegas Skyline (21038). Included are the official set numbers and pricing in Euro.

First is the LEGO Architecture Great Wall of China (21041), a potentially long-winding structural set that’s priced at 49.99 Euros. But even that pales in comparison to the LEGO Architecture Statue of Liberty (21042), which, judging by its 99.99 Euro price, must be humongous indeed. 21042’s price point also suggests that it might be on the same scale as that of 2016’s United States Capitol Building (21030) which also has the same price range, coming in at 1,032 pieces.

Time will tell if later on during the Nuremberg Toy Fair, LEGO will opt to show the public what those Architecture sets must look like. They did the same for the Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom sets after all, so we’ll see.
