When Technic and Art Meet – Introducing 2018’s LEGO Technic Bugatti Chiron (42083).

The 2018 Nuremberg Toy Fair is now in full swing, and just when we thought that the apparent news about LEGO’s no-show on this year’s line-up of prestigious international toy fairs will somehow dampen the excitement, it seems that LEGO still have some cool surprises under its sleeves. Announced today at Germany’s largest toy fair expo, LEGO motor heads and super car connoisseurs will be delighted to know that this year’s next LEGO Technic supercar will be the classy yet sophisticated, Bugatti Chiron.

The LEGO Technic Bugatti Chiron (42083) comes in at 3,599 pieces and LEGO’s second offering under its LEGO Technic Ultimate Series, following the likes of 2016’s Porsche 911 GT3 RS (42056). The Bugatti Chiron (42083) is also similarly designed at a 1:8 scale, in collaboration with Bugatti Automobiles SAS. As expected, images of this latest LEGO Technic supercar were not shown, except for the teaser image that was revealed at the Toy Fair.

  1. I am excited for the release of the Chiron super car. I will be the first in line to purchase this car. I have been a LEGO technic fan since I was 10, and loved building car models since the early 1980’s.
