Getting Ready for New York Toy Fair 2018 – LEGO Releases Its Official Press Release Ahead of the 2018 New York Toy Fair.

As we prep the stage – or in this, case our blogsite and YouTube channel – for the opening of the 2018 New York Toy Fair, we’re glad that Brick Show Brian is on the floor to give you live updates as they happen at LEGO’s Booth #1335 of the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center.

To kick start the occasion, LEGO has just released an official press statement detailing all the things that we can expect from them at this year’s grandest Toy Fair. As it turns out, based on their press release, it looks like LEGO will not be holding back from its original plan of revealing the summer line-up after all.

Let’s keep our fingers crossed as we wait and see if LEGO will pull the veil off from these exciting sets once the doors of the Javits Convention Center opens:

LEGO Wizarding World of Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts
LEGO Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom
LEGO Powerpuff Girls
LEGO Unikitty
LEGO Creator Mythical Creatures
LEGO Creator Pirate Roller Coaster
LEGO Creator Creative Suitcase
LEGO City Arctic Expedition
LEGO Town, Trains and Great Vehicles

LEGO Ninjago Movie Sets (hopefully, we’ll get a glimpse of the LEGO Ninjago Movie Ninjago City Docks 70657)
LEGO Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu (sets based on the two new seasons of TV series).
LEGO Elves
LEGO Collectible Minifigures:
LEGO Batman Movie CMF Series 2 (20 minifigs); LEGO CMF Series 18 (17 minifigs)and a THIRD series that will launch later this year (22 minifigs???)

LEGO Marvel Avengers: Infinity War
LEGO Star Wars (28 new sets, including the Kessel Run Millennium Falcon and the rest of Han Solo sets)
LEGO Ideas (news of additional sets will be announced during the NYTF. Again, I’m keeping my fingers crossed to see or even just a catch a glimpse of the long overdue LEGO Ideas Voltron: Defender of the Universe).
LEGO Juniors Incredibles 2

This is not an all inclusive list, and we bet that LEGO has more in store during the next four days of the NYTF. So be sure to stay tuned here at the Brick Show for live updates as they happen at this year’s Toy Fair!
