Unveiling the LEGO Build a Minifigure Halloween 2023 Trio

An Australian Certified Store has recently unveiled an enticing listing for a trio of new LEGO Build a Minifigure Halloween pieces, priced at $19.99 AUD. These minifigures are now available for online orders, exclusively catering to Australian customers as of press time. While these fun and costumed minifigures may have already made appearances in select stores, it is just now that we are seeing their official images. Let’s take a look at what they have to offer.

Jack o’ Lantern Gets its LEGO Build a Minifigure Halloween Character

Halloween would be incomplete without the iconic Jack o’ Lantern, and this minifigure does justice to the tradition. Fitted with a pumpkin head, LEGO’s minifigure version of him is all set to venture into the eerie pumpkin fields.

Notably, his pumpkin head conceals a lantern, although it’s devoid of an actual light source. Adding to the spooky charm, Jack o’ Lantern boasts a unique ‘Happy Halloween’ torso print, ensuring a complete festive, Halloween look that’s bound to be a fun addition to your LEGO collectible minifigures.

Halloween Party-Goers Given the LEGO Build a Minifigure Halloween Treatment

While the other two minifigures may not scream Halloween at first glance, they are perfectly suited for a Halloween party theme. One of them sports classic animal ears, a timeless choice for last-minute partygoers. It also comes with a saxophone element, hinting at the musical inclinations of this minifigure character.

The second minifigure wears a tree trunk costume, a feat that undoubtedly required a considerable amount of time to assemble in real life. It’s also great to see LEGO’s usual attention to detail as this minifigure character comes with a new green watering can peace, hinting that he might have nurtured the tree himself.

LEGO Minifigures Marvel Series 2 (71039) Now Officially Listed at LEGO.com

In a thrilling reveal just days ago, LEGO Marvel fans will be happy to know that this next wave of LEGO CMF is now up and listed over at LEGO’s home shopping portal. As expected, the spotlight is now on the eagerly awaited LEGO Minifigures Marvel Series 2 (71039), which takes center stage on LEGO.com. This enchanting sequel to the highly successful LEGO Marvel CMF Series 1 (71031), the LEGO Minifigures Marvel Series 2, has proudly debuted on the virtual aisles of LEGO, firmly establishing its presence in the hearts of aficionados and collectors. Let’s take a quick look at what we can expect from these and of course a whole range of official images as well.

LEGO Minifigures Marvel Series 2 – Marveling at These MCU-Inspired Collectibles

71039 0

This latest LEGO Minifigures Marvel Series 2 boasts an impressive set of 12 LEGO minifigures that highlights some of the exciting series of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The upcoming X-Men ’97 series on Disney+ promises a fresh wave of characters, and the LEGO Minifigures Marvel Series 2 rises to the occasion. Included in Series 2 are legendary mutants like Storm, Beast, and Wolverine, this assortment pays a fitting tribute to the reboot of the classic X-Men animated series.

But that’s not all – this exceptional collection also features beloved characters from other popular streaming sensations, including Moon Knight, She-Hulk, and Hawkeye. The seamless fusion of these diverse MCU personalities within one great CMF collection speaks volumes already.

Unveiling a New Packaging with the LEGO Minifigures Marvel Series 2

I understand that this may not be such good news for ardent collectors, but it looks like LEGO is truly intent to reduce its use of plastics. And unfortunately, we’ll need to eventually say goodbye to that all-too-familiar (and fun) feeler-friendy blind bags. The LEGO Minifigures Marvel Series 2  is the first to introduce a new blind-box cardboard packaging, making it virtually impossible to feel your way to what’s inside. Though this novel packaging concept adds an element of surprise and intrigue, it will definitely cause frustration to most LEGO CMF collectors.

Mark Your Calendar: Availability and Pricing for the LEGO Minifigures Marvel Series 2 (71039)

Get ready to mark your calendars, as September 1 marks the eagerly awaited release date for this exceptional minifigure ensemble. LEGO Marvel fans can grab these 12 remarkable minifigures for $4.99 each. As I’ve mentioned it is literally impossible to know what’s inside these blind boxes if you will consider them individually. But I will update this post once more info comes in that might provide us with the usual clues to know what’s inside – such as their pre-defined placement inside their large sealed boxes.

Check Out These High-Resolution Images

Take a closer look at the 12 characters included in this wave of LEGO Minifigures Marvel Series 2 and let me know which one is at the top of your list.

While you’re at it, you can also read their official product description as seen at LEGO.com. Be sure to check back with LEGO on September 1 or better still, add this new collection to your LEGO wishlist.

Check Out the New LEGO Marvel Studios Minifigures Series 2 (71039)

LEGO has just unveiled its upcoming LEGO Marvel Studios Minifigures Series 2. A highly anticipated follow-up to the resounding success of its predecessor (LEGO Marvel CMF Series 1  71031) back in 2021.

The LEGO Marvel Studios Minifigures Series 2 71039 Pays Tribute to the Most Exciting MCU Series

This new Collectible Minifigure Series offers 12 new characters mainly inspired by Disney’s Marvel Cinematic Universe. The LEGO Marvel Studios Minifigures Series 2 is a must-have if you’re keeping tabs on all the LEGO minifigures released in honor of the MCU.

lego marvel studios minifigures series 2 71039 2

September 1st marks the release of the LEGO Marvel Studios Minifigures Series 2 as these sought-after minifigures grace the scene. While LEGO seems to stick with its usual CMF at $4.99, this series arrives with a touch of novelty – a new cardboard packaging. Though I admire LEGO’s determination to reduce its plastics, I have to say that I am not a fan of this new packaging. And if this is how LEGO intends to package its future CMFs moving forward, then I guess we’ll have to say goodbye to our feel-your-way days at our local LEGO Stores. There’s literally no telling what you’ll get. Unless LEGO gives us a hint, particularly on how they are placed inside larger boxes.

But in any case, here’s what we can expect to be included in this new LEGO Marvel Studios Minifigures Series 2.

        • Agatha Harkness
        • Moon Knight
        • Mr. Knight
        • Werewolf by Night
        • She-Hulk

While all eyes are on this incredible series, we’re still on the lookout for those high-resolution images. It’s safe to say that LEGO.com will sure be updated soon, so be sure to keep on the lookout for this. I’ll update this post once more official images of the LEGO Marvel Studios Minifigures Series 2 are uploaded.

LEGO Collectible Minifigures 71038 Disney 100 Box Distribution Revealed

As you may already know, LEGO fans have 18 reasons to celebrate Disney’s centennial celebrations this year. Third in the series, the LEGO Collectible Minifigures 71038 Disney 100 was officially revealed last month and is set to arrive on May 1st in celebration of the House of Mouse’s 100th anniversary. With a bumper of 18 different characters, including Pinocchio, Mulan, Baymax, Cruella de Vil, and more, this new series is expected to be a hit with LEGO fans of all ages.

However, if you’re looking to get your hands on a specific minifigure, you’ll need to be strategic. The blind-bagged nature of these collectible minifigures means that you won’t know what you’re getting until you open the package. So, what are your options for getting the characters you want?

Box Distribution for the LEGO Collectible Minifigures 71038 Disney 100

It has been confirmed already that a single box of 36 packets should contain two complete sets of 18 minifigures. This means that if you buy a complete box of minifigures, you’re guaranteed to get your hands on the full batch of LEGO Disney 100th anniversary minifigures.

LEGO Collectible Minifigures 71038

However, if you’re only after a few characters, you may not want to spend the money on a full box. In that case, it’s worth knowing the complete box distribution to increase your chances of finding the characters you want. Fresh boxes typically have a consistent distribution of specific characters, so if you know where your favorites are located, you’ll have a better chance of finding them.

Early reviews of the LEGO Collectible Minifigures 71038 Disney 100 such as those from Ashnflash and Jay’s Brick Blog have confirmed the exact box distribution for the new series of blind-bagged characters, and where to find each character based on their particular placement inside their box.

Take a look at the table below.

FRONT OF THE BOX

Complete Box vs. Individual Packets

Buying a complete box of minifigures isn’t the only way to get your hands on the full set of characters. You could also split the cost with a friend and divide up the two sets between you. However, if you’re only after a handful of characters, buying individual packets may be your best option.

Feeling out the Characters Maybe Your Last Option

One of the ways to get the characters is to feel your way through the individual CMF packets. While this method can be effective, it’s not foolproof. It requires a good sense of touch and can be time-consuming. Plus considering the current post-pandemic situation, feeling your way through each bag is not a safe option as well.

Knowing the box distribution layout for the series can help improve your chances of finding your favorite characters. Keep in mind that this layout may not be 100% the same across every box, but it’s a good starting point. It can reduce the amount of time required if you’re fine with feeling each blind bag and improve your chances of finding the minifigures you want. Plus, with the rumored release of the second series of LEGO Marvel Collectible Minifigures in September, which is expected to switch to new cardboard packaging, knowing where each CMF is placed inside a fresh box may be the only method available to find your favorite characters.

For now, fans can look forward to adding the LEGO Collectible Minifigures 71038 Disney 100 to their collection and displaying them proudly to commemorate Disney’s 100th anniversary.

A close look at the LEGO Collectible Minifigures Disney 100 (71038) series shows the many new LEGO pieces introduced in these minifigures. At the top of my list is Stitch’s new double-arm mold. I love how LEGO created a new face print for my favorite blue alien.  Ernesto de la Cruz’s black-and-white color scheme and the impressive, intricate design on his costume, guitar, and Mexican sombrero truly stand out.

Each CMF blind bag is expected to retail for $5 across all LEGO brand stores and LEGO.com beginning May 1, 2023. Which is at the top of your list in this latest LEGO CMF Disney series? Let us know in the comments below.

From the Rumor Mill: LEGO 100 Years of Disney Collectible Minifigures (71038) May Include 18 Characters

While the recently released LEGO CMF Series 24 (71037) still enjoys a lot of attention, LEGO fans and completionists are now setting their eyes on the next series expected to be released in May. And rumors have it that 18 unforgettable Disney characters will grace the upcoming LEGO 100 Years of Disney Collectible Minifigures. According to the Back 2 Brick podcast as reported by Promobricks, this upcoming series will feature the following Disney characters in their minifigure versions.

Oswald the Lucky Rabbit (from classic Disney shorts)

This is a very impressive list if I may say since it’s not an easy feat to select which characters will get the LEGO minifigure treatment. Though I was hoping as well to see an official Snow White minifigure thrown in in this series, considering that LEGO has already released the classic Disney Princess’ Duplo and minidoll iterations.

The four-armed Stitch is number 1 on my list being a fan of Experiment 626 myself. Oswald the Lucky Rabbit is probably next considering the influence of the iconic animated character on Disney’s later characters.

So what do you think of this rumored LEGO 100 Years of Disney Collectible Minifigures? Do you think there are other characters that should have been included? Let me know in the comments below.

Check This Out: LEGO Collectible Minifigures Series 24 Box Distribution Confirmed

We’re just counting the days before we see the launch of LEGO’s next CMF series. The LEGO Collectible Minifigures Series 24 (71037) is scheduled to be released on the 1st day of January – and if you’re like many of us who are eagerly waiting for this next series of collectible minifigs, then you’re most likely thinking about how to bag all 12 characters from this exciting series.

And thanks to YouTuber MiniSuperHeroesToday, we can now have a hint on how to complete Series 24 in one go – that is if we are fortunate enough to stumble upon a newly opened box at any LEGO store come January 1st. He did an excellent review of these minifigs while giving us an idea of how you can get a complete set of 12 characters, or simply start with your fave minifigure.

Regarding their box distribution, the LEGO Collectible Minifigure Series 24 and all of its 12 characters are confirmed to be equally distributed. Each character has 3 copies, giving it a total of 36 minifigures in one box. This is excellent news since grabbing a box guarantees that you exactly get 3 sets from the get-go.

What is also interesting is that they will most likely follow a certain pattern of box distribution like previous CMFs. MiniSuperHeroesToday was also kind enough to write it down for our reference. For clarity, I reproduced his list using the table below. Just bear in mind the proper orientation in determining the minifigures’ positions.

While you’re at it, you might also want to join in tonight’s Whatnot auction with Stephen where you can get $10 worth of credits to spend (for first-time members) during our TBS auction tonight at 9 PM EST for a chance to win an uber valuable LEGO Star Wars Death Star 10188 from 2008.

Here’s Our Pick of the Best Halloween-Themed LEGO Collectible Minifigures Around

Halloween is just around the corner! And if you’re still figuring out how to come up with those LEGO-themed spooky decors, then why not come up with the best Halloween-themed LEGO minifigure costume party instead?

Over the years, we’ve seen some of the craziest and most endearing LEGO minifigures around. From Disney characters to Harry Potter mainstays, LEGO simply doesn’t run out of ideas. But I have to say that for the best part of their minifigs, the costumed LEGO Collectible Minifigures are still the loveliest of the bunch in my opinion.

Best Halloween-Themed LEGO

In the spirit of this wickedly fun season, let’s take a look at some of the best Halloween-themed LEGO Collectible Minifigures around. Arguably, there are plenty of CMF characters that LEGO came out with that added some spooky fun during this time of the year – just consider the LEGO CMF Series 14 Monsters (71010) for example. But still, there are those that stand out and are indeed worth mentioning.
