Its been almost two months since LEGO brand stores across the globe were closed due to the raging COVID-19 pandemic. As most of us were forced to stay at home for months, there’s a bit of hope that things are starting to enter the new normal, including among other things, the gradual re-opening of US LEGO brand stores.
The news came in via the LEGO Ambassadors Network, where three particular LEGO brand stores will be fully open to the public, with certain limitations and strict observance of physical distancing measures to be implemented. For example, the Pick-A-Brick Wall and Build-A-Minifigure are still not available in these stores, while remaining US LEGO brand stores will only be available for curbside pick-up of sets starting today. Just to be sure, you may inquire first at the LEGO store near you to confirm if your preferred set is currently available. Here’s the official announcement from LEGO via LAN. And as always, you can still visit LEGO Shop@Home if you wish to make your LEGO purchases online.
