In case you haven’t started your LEGO shopping routine for this month and worrying that you have already missed the LEGO Amelia Earhart Tribute (40450) gift-with-purchase (GWP) set, then fear not. LEGO was kind enough to extend this promo until Wednesday this week.
In celebration of International Women’s Day this March, LEGO has released a new promotional item that celebrates the life and achievements of Amelia Earhart as the first female pilot to do a Transatlantic solo flight. This LEGO GWP set features Earhart’s iconic red 1932 Lockheed 5B Vega and an exclusive LEGO Amelia Earhart minifigure.
The LEGO Amelia Earhart Tribute (40450) promotional set is originally slated to be offered from March 6 to 14, 2021 as mentioned in the March 2021 LEGO Store Calendar. But thankfully, LEGO opted to extend this promo until Wednesday. And given the fact that it still appears in our LEGO Shop@Home cart upon check out is a good indication that LEGO has enough of these sets to go around.
