Another batch of images from NY Toy Fair has come in! This time around, we have all of the DC Superheroes Girls Images! Anyone who’s tired of just seeing LEGO Batman Movie sets recently will definitely be excited for these!
Our first batch of long-awaited images from New York Toy Fair have come in! First up is the The LEGO Batman Movie Images. I won’t talk too much since I know why we’re all here, so let’s get to it:
It has been customary for the Toy Industry Association Inc. to grant several prestigious awards to certain toy manufacturers for their outstanding contribution to the toy industry. Before this year’s New York Toy Fair officially kicks off a few hours from now, the TIAI has the distinct honor of bestowing to the LEGO Group the coveted Toy of the Year Award, the Construction Toy of the Year, and Specialty Toy of the Year awards as well. The winning set to be awarded with the double recognition for being the Toy of the Year and Construction Toy of the Year was visually and mechanically impressive LEGO Friends Amusement Park Roller Coaster (41130). The Specialty Toy of the Year was handed down to the stunning LEGO Disney Castle (71040).

For those of you who are following our YouTube channel and blogsite for quite some time, you may know for a fact that Jason and the rest of the Brick Show team are regular visitors of the New York Toy Fairs. The NYTF is an exclusive event where you can have a first look at all the awesome LEGO sets slated to hit stores in summer. Unlike other international toy fairs such as those in London and Nuremberg, where LEGO kept a tight lid over its latest offerings (since they are intended for retailers’ viewing only), the NYTF allows YouTubers, bloggers, and other press people to cover and share to the world the wonders of the Toy Fair.
Last year, we saw a huge number of LEGO sets that made their debut and for this year, we are all excited to see what cool stuff LEGO will unveil. Here’s Jason’s announcement.

If you’re still playing Pokemon GO, chances are, you are acutely aware of the fact that playing the hit mobile game while driving, is not a good combination. It is both hazardous both for you and the little pocket monsters that are scattered across the ground (seriously?). This is the solemn reminder that ace builder Cecilie Fritzfold from Norway would like to convey in her ongoing bout with Chris Maddison in Iron Builder 5.0. For her 8th build, the use of the seed piece which is a Modified 2×3 Pentagonal Tile, is absolutely ingenious and hilariously funny. We promise you, no Pikachus were harmed in the making of this build. I’m quite sure that Brian will freak out if he’ll see this.

How to enter
Choose a category from the three listed, and create your entry. Take up to five photos of your creation and submit them to the contest Make sure to show off all angles of your creation. Use the description field to tell us which category your creation belongs to – then hit “submit”. When you receive a “Success!” pop-up notification after clicking “submit” on the entry submission page, your entry has successfully been submitted. Our moderation team will review it within 1-3 working days to make sure it fits all the contest rules. WHAT:
Calling All Caped Crusaders! LEGOLAND® California Resort is inviting children and parents out on February 17 to help bring to life the famous bat-signal used to call the dark knight of Gotham City, Batman.
The human bat-signal will officially kickoff the Family Theme Park’s The LEGO® Batman Movie Days, February 18-19 and 25-26. Guests will get to meet the LEGO super hero during this celebration of the Warner Bros. Pictures’ feature film, which also includes photo opportunities with the scene-stealing star, a themed scavenger hunt and LEGO Batman-inspired LEGO build activities.
The first 500 people to attend the bat-signal event will receive a ticket to LEGOLAND California Resort. Attendees will also have a chance to win LEGO Batman product through LEGO Batman Movie trivia. The LEGO Batman Movie Days activities are included in the price of admission to LEGOLAND California Resort.
