The LEGO Ideas Viking Village emerged as the clear favorite, garnering an impressive 16,000 votes to secure its path to production.

Let’s dive into the inspiration behind this extraordinary brick design. Florian reveals that while the LEGO Ideas Viking Village doesn’t aim for historical accuracy. However, the inspiration behind this set was first born in his history studies at the university. His interests focused more on the Norman conquest of 1066 and its impact on Anglo-Saxon society. As he immersed himself in books about Norman culture and its Danish Viking origins, a spark of creative inspiration led to the birth of this stunning LEGO Ideas Viking Village masterpiece.

As a fan favorite, Florian’s remarkable concept was brought to life as an official LEGO Ideas set thanks to the collaborative efforts of LEGO Design Manager Isaac Snyder and Graphic Designer Johanna Wurm Jensen.

LEGO and Nintendo fans can expect more exciting sets as the LEGO Super Mario theme expands. Dixie Kong

Another character to join the DK crew is Dixie Kong, who first appeared in Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy’s Kong Quest. Dixie Kong is known for her unique abilities, including using her ponytail to float and fly.

LEGO’s latest announcement of the Donkey Kong figures is exciting news for both LEGO and Donkey Kong fans. With the addition of Diddy, Dixie, Cranky, and Funky, the DK crew is now complete in LEGO form. Though it will be much cooler to see actual minifigures or bigfigs of these beloved characters, I’m still pretty sure that LEGO Nintendo fans will love to add these brick-built characters to their collection. The LEGO Group has teamed up with Peugeot Sport to bring us the LEGO Technic Peugeot 9X8 24H Le Mans Hybrid Hypercar (42156), paying homage to the real-life hybrid hypercar ahead of its debut at Le Mans.

The engineering feat of creating a precise 1:10 scale version of the Peugeot 9X8 hypercar was a challenging task for both the LEGO Group and Peugeot Sport design teams. But with their expertise and passion for competition at the highest level, they were able to bring the 9X8 to life with LEGO Technic elements.

The LEGO Technic Peugeot 9X8 features the same sleek silhouette, lime flashes on the livery, and elegant profile as the original car, capturing the thrill of racing in every detail.

The LEGO Technic Peugeot 9X8 24H Le Mans Hybrid Hypercar boasts impressive features, including a V6 engine connected to the rear wheels and a replica of the electric motor connected to the front wheels. The hypercar’s unique doors, low-emission hybrid powertrain cables, and powerful suspension are all replicated in this fantastic model. Even better, the model includes glow-in-the-dark light elements that will make it stand out in any collection.
