Thanks to LEGO’s international catalog for the 2nd half of this year released online a few days ago, we had a glimpse of the three, new LEGO Minecraft sets slated to be released for August. Now thanks to Promobricks, we now have a closer look at these LEGO Minecraft summer 2019 official set images.
Read on for more details and visit LEGO Shop@Home for more updates about these sets. These LEGO Minecraft summer 2019 sets are not listed yet on LEGO’s online shopping portal, but we can assume that their database will include them very soon.

International versions of the LEGO Catalog for the 2nd half of 2019 (July-December) has been released online, and with it comes three new 2019 LEGO Minecraft sets to watch out for. These sets are slated for an August release together with the recent summer 2019 LEGO Creator and City sets. Let’s take a closer look at each of them.
The Wool Farm (21153)
The LEGO Minecraft Wool Farm (21153) features a giant red sheep as its central build. It also includes a Steve minifigure with shears accessory, two (2) brick-built sheep, and a baby sheep.
The Blazing Bridge (21154)
This set feels like a half version of the Nether Fortress (21122) released in 2015. It has donned in armor as he fights against two (2) Blazes and a Wither Skeleton. The set also has a play feature that allows one of the Blazes to hover around.
The Creeper Mine (21155)
Similar to the Wool Farm (21153), the Creeper Mine’s most prominent feature is its towering Creeper build that doesn’t bode well to Steve and the gang. The Creeper Mine is also littered with TNTs scattered throughout the mine. Minifigures include Steve, Blacksmith, Cow, Bat, Husk and Creeper.
These 2019 LEGO Minecraft sets are slated to be released in August. They haven’t appeared yet in shop.LEGO.com but I guess its just a matter of time before they are listed on the site. For the meantime, be sure to check out the rest of this year’s LEGO Minecraft sets. They’re now on sale over at Amazon so this is the best time to get them if you plan to add them to your collection. LEGO Minecraft is here to stay this 2019! And other than the introduction of new, larger buildable figures of Steve, Alex, and a Minecraft Skeleton, LEGO now introduces its very first LEGO Minecraft polybag with the Steve and Creeper (30393) polybag set. This particular polybag adds to the roster of other sets due to be released this year – particularly those coming from the LEGO City, LEGO Movie 2, and LEGO Marvel themes – whose building instructions were found online by Brickset.
This is a very welcomed gesture from LEGO since the Minecraft theme has been sorely lacking from polybags since its introduction 6 years ago. The LEGO Minecraft Steve and Creeper (30393) polybag features the typical Steve with a sword accessory, and a Creeper minifig, including a buildable TNT box. This simple build also comes with a play feature that allows builders to ‘launch’ the TNT by pushing a lever connected to a Technic pin. Like any other polybag set, this is also a great opportunity to have these two LEGO Minecraft minifigures added to your collection without breaking the bank. For your reference, here are the building instructions for this polybag.
Details are scant though as of this posting, regarding the availability of the LEGO Minecraft Steve and Creeper (30393) polybag, and my guess is that it may be a part of an upcoming promotional at LEGO stores and LEGO Shop@HOme. I’ll keep you posted as more info comes in. Be sure to check out as well the rest of this year’s LEGO Minecraft sets. Just click on the links below for more info at shop.LEGO.com
Earlier this month, we shared the first details of a new wave of LEGO Minecraft sets due to be released this 2019, courtesy of a German-language source. That comprised only of European prices and descriptions, but no photos of what the sets look like. Well, we can wonder no more. Thanks to a Dutch LEGO news source, Bouwsteentjes, we now have images of the boxes and completed builds of the five 2019 LEGO Minecraft sets revealed to arrive next year. With three articulated brick-built Minecraft character figures and two action play-sets, there’s plenty to enjoy with this new product wave.
Buildable Steve with Parrot (21148)
Buildable Alex with Chicken (21149)
Buildable Skeleton with Magma Cube (21150)
The Last Battle (21151)
The Pirate Ship Adventure (21152)
They’re all reasonably priced sets and a splendid return by LEGO to one of their most popular licensed game franchises. We still have no word as to when these 2019 LEGO Minecraft sets will be made available to the public, but its most likely to be during the first quarter next year.
Other than previously reported rumors regarding buildable LEGO Minecraft figures said to be released next year, more information is now available regarding other LEGO Minecraft sets slated to debut in 2019. Yes, Minecraft is one licensed theme that LEGO is still pushing forward next year, and thanks to online retailer Alternate, we now have an idea on what these 2019 LEGO Minecraft sets will be.
Though the Alternate website hasn’t released any images yet of these 2019 LEGO Minecraft sets, they’re listing included set descriptions of five of these sets. They’re originally in German so the following rough Google Translation may not be 100% accurate, however, it is enough to give us an idea on what to expect from them. It is interesting to note that the first three sets in the series refer to the buildable LEGO Minecraft “action figures” that can be posed in many different ways. The translated description also refers to these buildable figures as BigFigs, which I’m not really sure if this is what LEGO will call them in English. I’m thinking of something similar to this MOC created by LEGO Minecraft fan builder that goes by the name TheDudeWithACup back in 2011.
A fan-made, and highly articulated LEGO Minecraft Skeleton MOC.
Check out their translated descriptions below, with some minor editing as needed.

There’s exciting news for LEGO and Minecraft enthusiasts alike! Eurobricks forum member TomKraut has shared a link to the latest German LEGO Catalog, showcasing some intriguing updates for the second half of the year. Among the highlights are the much-anticipated LEGO Minecraft Steve and Creeper minifigures. While we’ve seen previews of various sets before, this catalog offers a closer look at these iconic characters. Let’s dive into the details and see what makes these minifigures a must-have for any collection.
Introduction to LEGO Minecraft Steve and Creeper Minifigures
The LEGO Minecraft theme has always been a favorite among fans, blending the creativity of LEGO building with the adventurous world of Minecraft. On pages 92-93 of the catalog, there’s a special feature on the LEGO Minecraft minifigure scale sets. Although specific sets are not pictured, we get a glimpse of the final renditions of Steve and Creeper.
Features of the LEGO Minecraft Steve and Creeper Minifigures
Steve, the central character in Minecraft, is now available as a LEGO minifigure. This rendition is true to his in-game appearance, featuring a blocky head that perfectly captures the pixelated aesthetic of Minecraft. He also carries a new pickaxe, adding to the authenticity and allowing fans to recreate mining adventures from the game.
The Creeper, one of Minecraft’s most iconic and feared mobs, has been brilliantly brought to life in LEGO form. Unlike traditional minifigures, the Creeper is brick-built, which adds to its unique charm. This design approach also aligns with the construction style of many mobs in the LEGO Minecraft series, providing a consistent and immersive building experience.

The minifigure scale sets are scheduled for release around October this year. Fans are eagerly awaiting the official images and further details, which are expected to be released soon now that the catalog is available.
